Re: Carb Rebuild Recommendations for Ethanol-Containing Fuels?

Chances are the bits you used are ok and I'd try them with those in after a clean. Use stabiliser by all means but they will still be full of crud if you leave petrol in them. If laying the bike up clamp the vacuum line to the tank while the engine is off and run then engine until they are dry. The ...

Re: E10 fuel

If you replace the fuel lines you still have the issues with the brass in the carbs I think. I purchased a small 30ml aromatherapy oil bottle to take a full (plus a bit) tanks worth of stabiliser with me. It works out at 1.4ml per litre.

Re: carbs sonic cleaned,

I suspect the float needle/seats are worn maybe. Whatever it is it's carbs off again I think. Do you have a fuel filter fitted, is the bike on reserve and where abouts are you?

Re: Service Kit info

The oil filter is a HF303 and plugs are DR8ES on gen1 and DR9EA on the gen2. I'm not sure on the air filter or sump plug size but https://gpzzone.com/gpz-500s do a good range in service kits and know the correct bits. I've used them before more than once.

Re: unitrak service/exchange

I suspect the plastic bush has worn through due to lack of moly grease/servicing.
