Had a look at the kit's on Ebay, your OK, it's only got the parts you need in it....some have 2 or more extra O rings and small machine screws, those parts do not apply to these carbs. The float bowl seal and the float needle are self explanitory, the brass needle is the idle mixture screw, the smal...

It's not to hard, just a matter of taking your time, and being methodical. I would suggest, this being your first go, not seperating the carbs ( as long as the O rings are not leaking). I'm not sure with the tourmax kits just what comes with them...any chance of a pic or two,? Some universal kits wi...

Sounds like something is sticking or slightly bent maybe. Try giving them a good dousing in gt85 spray ( or similar) inside and out, see if that makes any difference.....clean it from the insides before starting up again.

+1, Over running (running on) when the throttle is closed is indicative of an air leak somewhere. Description would suggest that something is leaking once the engine warms up. Check the carb rubbers, vac pipe and the RH carb vac nipple blanking rubber. Also the "spring rings" that go around the carb...
